We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any order cancellations made after 12:00PM PST the day after the order is placed. The order may not be cancelled if the item has been shipped. Once the item has been shipped ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In order to avoid any of these issues please contact us before placing your order so we can help you with your order.
If any damaged items are received, immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Keep all packaging. You must call 707-545-4975 or Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt to notify us of the problem. We will ask you to email the photos with any other pertinent information. We will respond to your email with info on how to proceed. If need be we will refund the cost of shipping for you to send the Item back. If an acceptable replacement is not in stock we will refund the cost of your item. Any item that has been used or is not in original condition may not be returned. All returns must have a copy of the receipt.
